Apple releases iOS 8.1.3 ; reduces the amount of storage needed to perform a software update

Apple has released iOS 8.1.3 for all devices running iOS 8. One key feature of the update is that it reduces the amount of storage needed to perform a software update.  Its a 247MB download so you may want to connect your phone or tablet to your computer and perform the update via iTunes.
