25 years ago today (March 12 2014), Tim-Berners-Lee submitted “Information Management: A Proposal” for comments at CERN (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire or European Organization for Nuclear Research).
To honour the event, the World Wide Web Consortium and the World Wide Web Foundation have launched http://www.webat25.org/ . Tim Berners-Lee has posted a video message at
asking persons to take action to protect and enhance the open Web in 2014.
